Travel Advisory (As Of July 30, 2021)

Kaugnay ng muling pagtaas ng bilang ng mga kaso ng COVID 19 sa ating lalawigan, kasabay ng banta ng pagpasok ng Delta variant nito sa ating bansa, ipatutupad ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ang mga bagong alituntunin mula Agosto 1-15, 2021 na nasasaad sa Atas ng Ehekutibo Bilang 33 na pinirmahan ni Gov. Bonz Dolor ayon sa rekomendasyon ng Local Chief Executives, Municipal Health Officers at Oriental Mindoro Medical Society.

Lahat ng nagnanais pumasok sa lalawigan ay kinakailangang mag-presenta ng alinman sa mga sumusunod:

  • Original NEGATIVE RT-PCR test result na inisyu sa loob ng 24 na oras bago bumyahe.
  • Original Vaccination Card

Paalala: Itinuturing na fully vaccinated ang isang indibidwal:

2 linggo pagkatapos ng kanilang pangalawang dose ng Pfizer, Moderna, Sinovac, AstraZeneca, at Sputnik V o 2 linggo pagkatapos ng makakuha ng single-dose vaccine ng Johnson and Johnson

Para sa kaligtasan ng lahat, ang anumang uri ng mass gathering o pagtitipon ng hihigit sa sampung katao ay pansamantalang ipagbabawal sa buong lalawigan mula Agosto 1-15, 2021.

Maliban sa:

  • Mga pagpupulong na may kinalaman sa COVID-19
  • Mga opisyal na pagpupulong o sesyon na pinatawag ng gobernador, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, City/Municipal Mayors, Sangguniang Bayan at Sangguniang Panglungsod
  • Distribusyon ng mga ayuda/relief goods, social services
  • Mga pagtitipon na may kinalaman sa relihiyon

Hinihikayat din ang mga tanggapan ng pamahalaang nasyunal, mga pamahalaang lokal, at mga pribadong establisyamento na ipatupad ang pagpapapasok lamang ng 50% o kalahati lamang ng bilang ng kapasidad ng mga lugar na pinagtatrabahuhan.

Municipality of Puerto Galera | Executive No. 30-2021 | Guidelines on Prevention and Control of COVID-19 in Puerto Galera

All travelers must undergo mandatory RT-PCR test except:

  • Truck drivers and helpers of food and other essential products of delivery trucks
  • Essential travelers who are bona fide residents of Puerto Galera returning within 24 hours from traveling outside of Oriental Mindoro for employment, education, medical, humanitarian and essential business
  • Travelers with negative RT-PCR test result issued within 24 hours of travel
  • Individuals who are holder of domestic vaccination card indicating full vaccination after a period of at least 2 weeks after having received the 2nd dose of a 2-dose series or after a period of at least two weeks from having a single-dose of COVID-19 vaccine from a legitimate vaccinating establishment with Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) List or Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration, or Emergency Use Listing in the World Health Organization

  • Accommodation Establishments have the prerogative to require RT-PCR test to those who are fully-vaccinated
  • All tourist travelers assessed symptomatic upon arrival shall not be allowed entry and must return to point of origin
  • All travelers are required to register to S-PaSS upon entry/exit in all ports/borders as required by the Department of Transportation (DOTr)
  • All travelers shall undergo health and exposure screening upon arrival at the Puerto Galera borders
  • Curfew hours shall be from midnight until 4:00 am except for emergency situations
  • Liquor consumption shall be allowed provided that physical distancing, hand hygiene and no double dipping and sharing of glass shall be observed.

Point-to-Point travel to areas under GCQ and MGCQ shall be allowed without age restrictions subject to an RT- PCR test-before-travel requirement for those below 18 years old and above 65

Section A of IATF Resolution No. 125 | July 8, 2021

Children aged 5 years old and above are allowed outdoors in GCQ and MGCQ areas

  • Outdoor areas shall be limited to parks, playgrounds, beaches, biking and hiking trails, outdoor tourist sites (as may be defined by the DOT), outdoor non-contact sports courts, and al fresco dining establishments.
  • Mixed-use indoor/outdoor buildings, facilities, such as malls and similar establishments are not included.
  • Children must be supervised by adult/s and is in observance of minimum public health standards such as the wearing of face masks and social distancing.

Section B.2. of IATF Resolution No. 125 | July 8, 2021

Fully-vaccinated senior citizens travelling within areas under GCQ and MGCQ shall continue to be allowed provided that strict observance of minimum public health standards shall continue and subject to the presentation of:

  • A Covid-19 vaccination card duly issued by a legitimate vaccination establishment/authority, whether local or foreign; or
  • Certificate of Quarantine Completion showing the holder’s vaccination status as may be issued by the Bureau of Quarantine, whichever is applicable
  • *Any individual who shall present forged and/or falsified vaccination cards shall be dealt with in accordance with the law.

  • Tourists coming from Oriental and Occidental Mindoro are required to present a negative result of ANTIGEN TEST
  • Tourists coming from outside the island of Mindoro are required to present a negative result of RT-PCR TEST
