You'll be amazed with this extraordinary rock formation in Brgy. Ilag, San Teodoro because of its uncanny resemblance to a turtle. A hundred or so steps uphill will take you to the "guardhouse" on top of this formation where a 360-degree-view of the San Teodoro mountains and the Punta Ilag Fish Sanctuary will take your breath away.
